Custodial history

Scope and content

The material in this collection is open to researchers. Much of the material in this
collection was arranged by Neutral Ground Intern, Holly Aubichon during the summer of 2018 while the Gallery
was relocating to its new space on the 18 block Scarth Street. Holly prepared the preliminary finding aid,
counted and sleeved many of the photographs and slides and packed vast amounts of textual and audio-visual
material for transport to the Archives and Special Collections in August 2018.
The collection includes artifacts and oversize, audio-cassettes (mini and regular sized), beta, vhs and u-matic
tapes, colour separations, photograph, negatives, slides and contact sheets, a flash drive storage device and
computer disks including floppy and compact, which were copied to the University’s server for interim
preservation and 5 external hard drives (which have not been copied over due to space limitations). The date
range spans 1985 to 2010 and indices have been prepared for each type of material, please enquire with the
Archives.
