ranges in date from 1983 to 2002, predominantly 1990 to 1996, the collection includes 125 photographs and 36 negatives strips, 3 audio cassette tapes, 6 video tapes, the main series regards the designations of historic sites and monuments in Canada by the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada during the time André Lalonde was a Board member. A small amount of Lalonde’s personal material including photographs is included. Material in French is located throughout the collection, and a small amount of this material was translated in March 2016 by Lilian Azuwike, a Graduate Student in the Department of French and Francophone Intercultural Studies. The location of French material is denoted by an asterisk (*) on the finding aid.
